What to expect during Oligio-X treatment?
Before the procedure, during a consultation, patients will be evaluated to ensure they are good candidates for OligioX treatment. Prior to treatment our propietary numbing cream will be applied to improve comfort during treatment. In addition patients will be asked to removal all metal jewelry. A viscous coupling fluid will be applied to the skin as a protective barrier. During treatment patients may experience a warm sensation and mild tingling during the procedure. The procedure typically takes between 30-60 minutes depending on the areas being treated. After the treatment the face will be cleaned, ice will be provided to the patient, and aftercare instructions will be explained.
Is there any downtime associated with Oligio-X treatment?
There is little to no downtime associated with the Oligio-X treatment. Patients may experience mild facial redness and subtle swelling on the day of treatment. There is no interruption to normal skin care routines, and makeup can be applied on the same day as treatment is performed.
